RETURN POLICY
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to resolve it. Each product undergoes a quality control inspection before shipping to ensure the highest standards.
To help us evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly, please provide clear photos or videos of the item.
Under no circumstances should the wig or hair extension be altered in any way (e.g., cutting or ripping the lace) or worn by the buyer. If the item has been altered or worn, we will NOT ACCEPT it.
Items must be sent back (postmarked as shipped) within 10 calendar days from the delivery date in new, unworn condition. Items cannot be worn or tried on and must be in their original packaging with all tags attached and free of any odors. They should be repackaged in the same manner as received. Please note that we do not provide RETURN LABELS for returned items. Please note that return labels are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not provide return shipping labels.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the customer's address. Please ensure a secure location for delivery.
